The Dutch company Medical Production Technologies is well known for their innovative solutions and high quality standards in building tooling and equipment for the Balloon Catheter and Stent Manufacturing industries.
They have proven that again recently by developing this 160 mm long, 50 mm opening diameter, 10-fold (!) manual balloon pleater. The pleater has a separate insertion rig that was placed in front of the pleater for support of the product, allowing easier insertion and lower risk at handling the catheter.
